Picked this up from Fristo Getrankemarkt, Freising and consumed at home Saturday 1st November 2025,busy cooking Honey Roasted Parsnip Soup, Roasted Beetroot and Potato Soup, a Celeriac Mushroom and Cheddar Pie, and Minced Beef and Cheddar Pie. Listening to Soulwax - All Systems are Lying. Pours hazy light/mid amber with a head that swiftly departed. Don't know what's up with me today, but this is another beer that is doing little for me, Loz gets pear drops, for me it's really just very boring, mouthfeel is ok, it's an easy drinking beer but just a tad boring, I can't even begin too describe it that well.

0.44 l can from 'Craftbeershop.com', best before June 2026. Slightly hazy, amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, gently yeasty-spicy, a bit fruity-floral aroma of banana, clove, honey and light pear. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite yeasty-spicy and a little fruity-floral taste of banana, clove, grains, honey and light pear, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Interesting one, very much resembles a Hefeweizen, not surprising, of course, looking at the list of ingredients.
