Bottle shared. Pitch black, no head. Boozy stinky aroma, mushrooms, alcohol, rotten prunes. Tastes a bit fruity, tons of umami notes, soy sauce without the salt. Undrinkable, for me. --- Beer merged from original tick of Kamikaze on 28 May 2017 at 12:20 - Score:

Black color wwith a beige head with very short duration. Aroma is light roasty, with some yeasty notes. Flavor with light roasted malts, some coffee and slightly sourness, maybe due to sake addition. Good presence of alcohol and yeast in the final.
