This one’s for the hop heads and art punks. Brewed in collaboration with the renegades at Sante Adairius, Danksy is a bold, expressive West Coast pale ale that makes its mark with a spray of Cascade, Centennial, and Citra hops. Expect bursts of grapefruit, pine, and citrus zest with a dry, clean finish and just enough bitterness to keep it honest. Unfiltered expression. Hop-forward attitude. Drink fresh—before it disappears.

On tap at CHoP Oakland.
Aroma is moderately hoppy with notes of grapefruit, pine resin, tropical citrus, and tangerine. Medium light cracker malt notes. Hints of alcohol.
Pours a clear, brilliant gold color with a medium sized, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes to a small film that lingers. Moderate lacing and faint legs.
Flavor is slightly sweet and crisp with medium cracker malt notes. Medium high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong notes of grapefruit, tangerine and dank, oily pine resin.
Mouthfeel is medium light bodied and crisp with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid pale ale. Lots of that classic citrus and pine hop character with enough malt to carry it all. Still fairly crisp. Easy drinking.
