How do you drink yours? Our latest imperial stout was inspired by the iconic crème-y taste of a certain chocolate egg... With a velvety texture among layers of intense chocolate and smooth vanilla, we’ve encapsulated the unique gooey goodness and caramelised sweetness in a decadent dessert stout.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near opaque dark brown beer, small tan head. Nose is somewhat skewed chocolate cake. Light smooth palate, mildly dry, good fine carbonation. Light bodied but intense dark malts, a good dark chocolate creamy sweetness, boozy chocolate liqueur and a kind of plum brandy, maybe a little apricot brandy too boot. A touch of tangy vanilla runs throughout. Finishes light and semi dry but pretty intense flavour wise. If you told me this was a Cadbury creme egg Impy I would reply that you have missed the mark by a considerable distance. If you told me this was an Imperial stout brewed in Eastern Europe and aged in some of their fine fruit spirits barrels, I would absolutely believe you. A fine Impy then, based on end result and not brewer intent.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 14/06/2025.
Black topped with a rather scummy looking shell like head ... not a shocker but not a looker.
Nose is sweet malts, chocolate, caramel, brown sugar melt, molasses.
Taste comprises chocolate melt, booze, raspberry jam, sugar melt, white chocolate,
Full bodied, oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Tidy sipper if a touch overly sweet for my liking ... not from VC's top drawer.

Отстойный стаут, супер алкашит с первого глотка, шоколад не радует, крем вроде и есть но уже грустно, так что хз, не моё.

330ml can. Pitch black with a tan "head" ... looks oily. Aroma of chocolate, vanilla, caramel. Taste is extremely sweet, liquid cacao, vanilla, caramel. Full bodied. I didn't get a crème egg vibe from this tbh, it is very tasty but also cloying.

Tap Brewdog Clerkenwell. A oily dark mahogany brown black coloured pour with no head. Aroma is big solvent alcohol, marker pen, chocolate, perfume, caramel, weird AF. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, oiky, caramel, jammy fruits, sticky caramel, chocolate, praline, toffee. Doesn't really taste like cream egg though. Palate is medium sweet oily, mellow carbonation. Sticky sweet finish. Cloying.
