On tap @ Nyugi, Budapest. Hazy golden color, with quickly disappearing white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, lime and some yeast. Hoppy bitter taste with hints of citrus and lime. A bit watery, short finishing. Maybe this flaw were caused by the fact that it was draughted, but it felt too light bodied. Interesting, but in that case its rather positive. I’ll definitely try the bottled version.

0,33 bottle. Csodás mély-nagyarncssárga, tömény, átlátszatlan szín, nagy beltartalom, az üvegben is sok szárazanyag. Fehér közepes erősségű hab. Az illata az eddigi legfinomabb búzasör illat. Nagyon erőteljesen narancsos a japán-komlónak köszönhetően. Az íze is gyümölcsös, jóval komlósabb- még keserűbb is - mint a búzák általában. Nem is klasszikus búza, hanem tényleg tovább-fejlesztett dolog. Nagyon finom. Örülök, hogy kóstolhattam, szerintem még fogom :) Gratulálok!

Wonderful deep-large yellow, concentrated, opaque color, high content, a lot of dry matter in the bottle. White medium strength head. Aroma is the most delicious wheat beer scent ever. Very strongly orange due to Japanese hops. The taste is also fruity, much more hopy - even bitter - than wheat in general. It’s not classic wheat either, but it’s really an improved thing. Delicious. I'm glad I could taste it, I think I will :) Congratulations!

33cl bottle @ 3rd Niamey craft beer tasting, merci Balasz. BB 30/9/2018, lot# B35. Ambre, col beige. Arôme de levure fermentée avec très peu de l'effet de Sorachi mis en avant - dommage vu le parfum que ce dernier dégage. Palais est un peu sec, portant plus sur les grains, Sorachi est, ici aussi, modeste offrant juste qcq notes d'agrumes - et une fine amertume de fin de bouche. Le tout reste malheureusement trop porté sur l'effet levure et les grains.

Bottle at Neked Csak Dezső!, Budapest. Poured a crystal clear copper colour with a thin white head. The aroma is malt, yeast, metallic floral hop, some citrus fruit. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, light sweet with a light crisp woody metallic hop bitter, light fruit palate and a long bitter finish with a bubbly mouthfeel. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation.

Bottle @ Neked Csak Dezső! Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, malt and hops. Too carbonated.

Kicsi habja gyorsan eltűnik. Sötét borostyán színű. Illata gyümölcsös, kitűnik belőle a citrus, kissé édeskés. Íze fura, kissé édeskés, picikét citrusos, de más gyümölcsös ízek is kiérezhetők. A háttérben végig érezhető a komló keserűje. Utóíze kesernyés és enyhén gyümölcsös. Búzasörhöz képest igen testes.

Hazy deep amber color with a medium white head, slowly disappearing. Smell is yeast, esthers, some spices, some citrusy hop. Taste is wheat, a bit of alcohol taste, and not much of the sorachi ace. Medium body, sweetish but quite balanced, with some little sourness too. Not at the level of the best bavarian weizen, but an ok weizen in Hungary, rare. Good.

0.33l bottle. Hazy orange body, white head. Aroma of orange, figs and spicy hops. Taste of apricot, lemon zest and herbal hops. The finish is quite bitter. OK beer.
