750ml bottle pours out a hazy apricot topped with a ring of a white head. Nose is herbal oak some floral and some tartness. Taste is more of the tart barrel notes herbal earthy and a odd end.

Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tart, funk, berry, oak and whiskey. Taste is light sweet and heavy sour with a long dry, tart, funky, woody and berry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016 - Red session. Light hazy yellow golden color with white head. Yeasty and light malty aroma, funky, barnyard notes, vinous, wood. Sweet and acidic taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of fruits, malt, and funk. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, lemons, hops, brettanomyces, and malt, leading to a tart finish.

[5/14/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Red session. Yellow. Aroma of lots of oak, funk, minerals, fruitiness. Tart flavor with lots of oak, fruitiness, oak, a bit of minerals. Really good.
