Bottle at Saraveza Farmhouse Festival, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of stone fruits, with moderate tartness and some oak. Flavour is extremely fruity, with loads of apricot or peach, despite there not being any fruit in here, followed by light brett and regular Belgian yeast. Tart and dry, but this is dominated by the fruitiness. Excellent.
