A bit of a mixture between a session IPA and a cask bitter. A touch too lemony and even acidic for me, but refreshing and not bad.

Bottle form Asda, Stafford (not stocked in Crewe branch). The main aroma I get is grass cuttings with shades of citrus. Pours a golden yellow with a substantial frothy white head but low carbonation. In the mouth, it is a combination of honey and grapefruit that dominates with some hints of pine and herbs. Hoppy, but not overly so. Finish is dry and quite sweet. A bit strange, but quite nice.

Half-pint, cask ale at Barrels. Shared with Finn. Fair lacing from a small sized white head. Bright golden body. Smell of grassy hops with a lemony touch. Blended taste of honeyed malts and ripe citrus. Ends bittersweet. Clean on the swallow. Quite alright. (Hereford 01.02.2020).

Cask at the barrels Hereford. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting white froth. Aroma is nice fresh cereal, leafy sticky hop, light piney hop. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, solid vase malts, leafy hop, mellow English yeast notes, pine and honey. Palate is very nice condition. Ok.
