On The Threshold of a Dream is a delicious barrel-aged imperial stout we made with our friends at Moksa Brewing. Aged 24 months in Old Fitzgerald barrels before adding blueberry, vanilla and maple. This beer is a smooth mouthfeel and tastes like blueberry pancakes with a kiss of dark chocolate.

13 September 2025. At 17de Brugs Bierfestival. Cheers to the whole crew!
From the Stacks stand. Intense maple syrup, dark fudge, vanilla, bourbon. Very sweet maple syrup, caramel, chocolate sauce, undercurrent of berries. Herbal & earthy hops, maple, bourbon alcohol. Full body, viscous texture, soft carbonation. Not super complex but definitely delicious.

LCI. Blueberry and maple upfront, there’s definitely chocolate and a touch of roastiness. Maple lingers
