Cask. Old Crown, Handsworth, Sheffield. Reddy amber. Some haze. Thin, dense, off white head. Nose is a little malty and toffee like. Some berry fruits. Taste is mostly sweet. Light body. Bit lacking condition this one. Sweet finish. 6363-13

Cask at Kelham Island, Sheffield. Poured a clear amber with a reddish hue. The aroma is light fruit, light dry yeast, light hop. The flavour is light bitter with a light watery fruity, lavender floral metallic hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with soft carbonation. I’m no fan of the style but I could comfortably drink this all evening.
