Pigs Ear 2025. Gravity. Nicely balanced if simple. Some leafy hops, bready malts. Nutty. Lightly bitter. Little orange peel. Drinks fine.

[Cask at the Hope Tap (JDW), Reading.] A bright amber pour with a rim of translucent head; caramel and malt aroma; quite oily in the mouth with a taste of caramel and malt, and a light spicy bitterness; then some chewy malts to finish. A satisfying ale.
