Pale gold with a chill haze, a bubbly white head and a soft fruity aroma. Atouch fizzy with mellow cereal malt, citrus hop spikiness and a dry bitter finish.

Can bought at The Good Intent, Brum. Clear copper gold
Thin foamy translucent white head. Aroma is soft and fruity, with a slightly bitter and sour bite. Underlying malts. Flavourwise it has an initial light prickly sourness, followed by soft sweet fruit. Spice. Some grains. Underlying malts. Light. Thin. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice enough but, yeah, a typically unexciting SIPA.

Cask at the brewery. Poured a mostly clear golden yellow colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, light citrus. The flavour is moderate to light bitter, with a light, slightly watery, light juicy citrus, hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. Not particularly inspiring but I wasn’t expecting a lot. It does its job I guess.

Tap at the breweries' barrel store. Clear pale yellow-gold with consistent head, good lacing. Grainy with some fruity citrus and oats. Semi-dry, near medium bodied with a late modest hop juice burst. Inoffensive but a bit lacking in flavour compared to their usual offerings.
