American Pale Ale featuring SIMCOE, IDAHO 7, MOSAIC SPECTRUM We don't just make soupy looking juice bombs, here is a nod to a more classic style, but very Garage. Extra pale malt with a touch of munich layered with some flaked oats to give a little more body to what could traditionally be a thinner beer. Rolling out the a combo of Simcoe, Idaho 7 and Mosaic spectrum, all the stone fruits and citrus coming through backed up with a hint of berry and a little weedy dankness.

Leger voile dorée, col fin blanc.
Bière aux notes florales avec une petite note mentholée, fraicheur pouvant rappeler le jasmin tout en ayant un support malt pale – cara.

Draught @ Cafe Albert. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, grass, fruity hops, light citrus. Flavor is light bitter, little malt, grass, citrus. Medium body, average carbonaton, light bitter finish. 250425
