8 oz. Draft. Aroma is clove with moderate yeast. Yeast phenols are low in the flavor are very low. Low clove, low banana. This accentuates the wheat. Ends clean.

Brewery draught, 4/25/25.
Low cloudiness for a hefe. Muted brass. Creamy, off-white head.
Funky/farm/sulfury nose. Not your typical banana/clove/bub gum. Light lemongrass and ginger notes with big wheat nuttiness.
Dry and chewy but with good maltiness. Not sure there is banana here, only light bubble gum. Low clove. Lots of white pepper and sulfur with honey and dry biscuit. Chewy wheat and lingering base malt honey character. Good balance.
