355mL can. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Lovely dry, spicy wild yeast on the nose, along with bright floral accents. Flavour has dry rustic yeast, spicy, lots of dry grass and bright floral hops. Moderately high carbonation. Fantastic dry yeast expressioni. Very nicely done.

355mL can, pours a lightly hazed blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has a wonderfully complex wild yeast character, gentle tartness, and some vibrant floral hoppiness. Flavour follows accordingly, with lots of complex bugs, gentle tartness, floral and citrus hopping, and a light champagne-like effervescence. Carbonation is above average, which is very fitting. This is excellent.

355 ml can. Pours a pale dull gold with moderate bubbly head. Aromas of Brett, a bit of farmyard, pithy lemon, coriander, and wheaty malts. Weaker more watery flavors follow same with some additional spice/white pepper. OK. I definitely like the small can… Extra point.

Poured from the tap @ Dag. Chill hazed blonde gold with small white head. Peppery saison yeast with some feint background wild yeasts and bittering hops. Okay

Sample.
Aroma: nice farmhouse notes, fresh, buggy.
Taste: crispy, farmhouse, and quite bitter. A bit too much of the hoppy saison in the mix to my taste 😐
Overall: quality, but I would prefer less bitterness.
