500ml bottle @ Chez Sophie. Batch 3. Pours a misty pale gold, white head. Aroma of light, bready yeast, soft peppery lemon. Taste is light and easy-going, very minimal witbier sweetness although there is a light peppery whisp of witbier spice. Ok.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a pale yellow with a slight haze and a small, white head. Slightly lactic aroma. Light body, very tart, a lactic tartness - is this supposed to be a Berliner Weisse? Because thatโs what it is. 101016

Keg at Evening Star, Brighton. It pours hazy pale gold with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, bread, cereal, straw, touch of banana and citrus peel. The taste is crisp, smooth, grassy bitterness, wheat, bread, straw, orange peel and a touch of spice with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Well rounded and quaffable. Tasty and refreshing stuff.

Tap at the Shakespeare, Kelham Island, Sheffield. Poured a hazy straw colour with a thin broken white head and lots of clingy lace. The aroma is mineral acid citrus. The flavour is light yeast grainy with a light watery grainy mineral yeast pear lemon citrus palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Keg at the bottle shop during the tap takeover. Clouded bright yellow / straw coloured pour with a small white halo of head. Aroma is odd mix of banana pi eapple and lemon , doughy grains. So.e of those banana sweets on the nose as well. Flavour is composed of tangy wheaty, doughy grains, banana phenols, lemon rind, carbonic bite in the finish. Assertive bitter lemon hop in the finish. Palate is light and dry, highish carbonation. Ok
