This tart session beer is constructed to be a refreshing, easy-drinking beer with a zippy amount of acidity and a dry body. Apricot Tart features a tantalizing acidity balanced by notes of apricot jam, plain yogurt, lemon curd, and subtle funk.

Charlton draught, 5/7/25.
Clear, bright brass. Small, white head, good retention.
Lots of ripe apricot in the nose with low acid, almost none of it lactic. Just biscuit and bread from the malt balancing the tart, juicy, authentic apricot character.
Super juicy and full of fruit with an almost cedary character that must be the mix of the kettle souring, fruit and bready malts. Medium-light body, clean, low acid with chewy, lightly nutty wheat. Classy kettle sour.
