A blend of saison beers with Gamay and Pinot Noir grapes from Geneva. Carbonic maceration in whole bunches for two third of the grapes, the remaining third was crushed and destemmed. Maceration of 3 weeks in the beer before racking. 650 bottles.

(Draft at Craft & Draft, Amsterdam, 21 Feb 2025) Reddish pale amber colour with brief, off-white head. Fruity nose with grapes, citrus, oak wood and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with notes of grapes, barnyard, oak wood, sour fruit, red berries and a dry and tart finish. Low bitterness. Almost full body, dry. Fresh, fruity and tart. Very nice.
