Imperial stout aged in cognac barrels. Each velvety sip boldly wakes the palate with complex notes of dried fruit, hazelnut and bruleed sugar.

Can.
A- Oak, cognac, raisin, brown sugar, boozy, chocolate.
A- Black color, dark liquid, beige head.
F- Booze, chocolate, brown sugar, oak, strong.
T- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, complex finish.
O- The first few sips are rather complex and really nice. Zipline always does good with these variants. As it warms, the alcohol heat becomes more present. If that would remain a bit more subdued throughout the pint this would really be top notch. Great.
