On tap at Les Cuves de Fauve, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bready caramel, Belgian yeast, and some earthy wood. Flavour is fairly dry, with earthy wood, bready caramel, and a nice Belgian yeast expression. Appropriate usage of the yeast and well-brewed overall. Very good.

A modern French BdG...how could I not? It's good! Slightly spicy, good malty balance.
