It may be dark, but this beer brings bold IPA flavours. The centennial dry hopping delivers lemony pine notes which work in dark harmony with the roasted malt.

Embrace the darkness to experience a truly unique beer.

Pair with flatiron steak with perfectly blackened char lines for the perfect beer and food pairing.

Can from Sainsburys. Pours deep brown towards black with beige to tan foam. Toasty choc malts, citrus, minor liquorice, grass. Body quite thin but nice flavours. I wasn't hopeful but it's actually alright.

Drukket i solveggen på Lillehøgda. Overraskende innholdsløs.

440ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. Looks great in the glass with its deep copper coloured body, beige head, and crocheted lacing on the glassware. Subdued aromas of slightly roasted malts, distant hints of ripe fruits. Rather unbalanced flavours of dark bread, caramel, liquorice, and ripe lemon. Woody. Mild roasted ending. Strange kind of black IPA. Drinkable. (Tromsø, 04.07.2025).

Creamy off white head on still black coloured body.
Sarsaparilla, malt & berry aroma.
Medium bodied, foamy dry & clean.
Malt, liquorice, roasted & nutty tastes with a bitter hop finish.
Good stuff.
