Tap at Devil Craft. Bit confusing. Not so much there. Light citrus, bit grainy. Easy drinking but not sure.

Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a long lasting frothy white head. The aroma is citrus, light metallic hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a light, watery, woody hop, light cardboard yeast palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Ok for a half but lacks any real flavour apart from an overpowering hop bitter taste that I wasn’t keen on. Not sure what the hop combo was but I’d change it for next year.

Tap at the Brew Lab. Light lemon nose, spicy, seems like Belgian yeast but not sure, dust, salt. Pale gold color with a low head. Flavor is lemon, seems like rice, a bit of spicy yeast, peppery finish. Light and even thin. Not sure what the aim was here.

Beer Nouveau 2015 Session IPA 4.5% on tap at the Hitachino Brewing Lab. It pours a lightly opaque gold with a peppery citrus hop profile. Med-light bodied with a dry finish the taste is crackery light malts (probably Pilsner), lemon & lime hoppiness. Well balanced.
