On tap at RedDot Brewhouse, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is neutral, with a hint of straw and cereal grains. Flavour is clean but characterless - a bit of straw, biscuity malt. Boring stuff.

Keg at RedDot Boat Quay, Singapore. Clear golden, small head. Fruity nose with some dough and mild floral hops. Quite sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with honey and dough. Mid bitter finish. Too sweet, otherwise harmonious.

Draft- Light grains. Clear gold with a decent white head. Grains and a dry light bitterness. Not particularly clean or refreshing though.

Süßlich getreidiger Beginn mit geringer Herbe. Weich, zum Ende etwas bitter, kein Hopfen. 9/8/9/8//8

On tap at RedDot Clarke Quay, Singapore. A bit hazy light amber with a white head. Fresh with hops, citrus, some hay and malt. The body was kind of soft and the finish a bit dru.

Tap at RedDot Boat Quay. Poured a clear light amber with a big frothy white head and lots of clingy lace. The aroma is yeast, mineral, dry hop. The flavour is moderate to light bitter with a crisp refreshing light floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. An average kolsch. Not really anyone’s favourite style, but hey, the view of the Singapore river at night and an awesome band In the bar more than makes up for an average beer :-)

Hazy deep blond color with compact head. Mild aroma of good hops. Smooth mouthfeel, nice malt flavor with a touch of cereals, strong bitterness, some hop qualities leading to a dry finish.
Nice beer. Tastes good because it’s not a Kölsch.

Draught at the brewpub on July 9, 2013.Part of a 6 beer sample tray/flight.Clear honey golden color, white head. Hoppy, citrus, bitter taste. Hoppy, bitter aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Fruity, citrus, hoppy scent.Very fresh, nice, drinkable, for my taste is tastier than many Kölsch I’ve had in Köln.

A pale blonde kolsch with a thin white head. In aroma, faint malt, non-descript. In mouth, a nice crisp malt with light German hops, a decent lager, but a kolsch? On tap at brewpub, July 11 2011.

Golden and sparkly. Lightly fruity, lightly grainy aroma. Light bitterness. Some earthy English hops and slightly chewy malts. Decent balance - might not be a serious kolsch but it is a nice golden ale.
