Tap at the brewpub, Brussels, Saint Gilles, 8th January 2026. Pours yellow with a slight haze. Aroma is bright, tropical. Taste is well balanced, very drinkable

33cl can from Rob The Gourmets' Market in Brussels.
F: medium, white, good retention.
C: pale gold, light hazy.
A: citrus, grapefruits, mango, pineapples.
T: medium malty base, light citrus, bit tropical fruits, bit bready, herbal touch, nice balanced bitterness, toast, medium carbonation, good balanced for the style, enjoyed for sure.

Draft @ Ermitage St Gilles
Dorée/pâle, col blanc.
Arôme est parfumé sympa, zeste d’agrumes – appui de résine et de pin avec un léger caractère boisé, repris en support par un malt délicat.
Palais est léger pâle, fine douceur avec un bon support houblonné effet un peu noix de coco rencontre l’aneth – Sabro ou Sorachi ? parfumé avec une belle amertume, touche de nectarine, pas de haze et cela est un grand plus. Zeste d’orange, asse sec sur la fin. Classique pale ale US revisitée.

Tap at the brewpub. Clear light golden. Massive zesty hops, soft wheat, pils malts, grassy. Just medium sweet, medium bitter. Crisp medium bodied. Lovely.
