Le Jugement est une India Pale Lager initialement brassée chez Brasserie Dunham durant l'été 2018. Nous l'avons récemment rebrassée chez nous avec une recette légèrement changée, mais une pintabilité toujours aussi élevée.

33cl can from Rob The Gourmets' Market in Brussels.
F: big, white, long lasting.
C: pale gold, light hazy.
A: citrus, grapefruits, tropical fruits, coconut, mango, papaya.
T: medium malty base, orange, mango, coconuts, bit herbal, mint touch, nice balance harmonic bitterness, medium carbonation, really nice for this rare style, fully enjoyed.

13/VI/25 - 33cl can from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ Eline’s ATP-raad dinner, BB: 28/X/25 (2025-546)

A little cloudy deep yellow beer, huge creamy white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: lovely, lots of tropical fruits, juicy, mango, oranges, citrus, good stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, good bitterness, zesty, a little dirty, fruity, papaya, nice! Aftertaste: juicy, tropical fruits, mango, oranges, nice stuff going on here! Smells much better than it tastes though.

Draft @ Ermitage St Gilles
Dorée, col blanc crémeux.
Arôme est finement parfumé sur des notes tropicales, petite note de coco assez sympa avec un appui malté un peu plus discret.
Palais sur une base IPA américaine, pas de haze, effet léger de levure lager, herbacé vers la menthe, feuille d’eucalyptus avec une rondeur fruitée en fin de bouche.

Tap at L'Ermitage Saint Gilles. Clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, bitter hops, grassy, grapefruit, sweet berries, caramel, herbal hops. Medium sweet, less bitter. Oily body. Not bad.
