(Draft at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 21 Feb 2025) Pale golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of apples, pears, citrus and grass. Fruity taste with apples, grass, flowers, hints of wood and a generous acidity in the finish. Medium body, dry. Refreshing and tasty cider. Quite nice.
