Tap at CBC 2016 Green session, poured a clear raspberry red with a bubbly round head. The aroma is acid citrus. The flavour is moderate sour with a light biscuit acid red berry fruit palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Taste is sour-ish dry, soda powder, oak, vinegar, berry skin, sorrel, red berries, minerals, grass, sour dark fruits. Medium bitterness, sour-ish dry mouthfeel. Nice.

Tap. Pours clear Ruby hazel, medium bubbly beige head, some lacing. Aroma is cherry, oak, vinous. Flavor is medium tart, very light funk, oaky, vinous cherries. Hint smoky. No Tequila detected, but it is a bit salty. Medium body. Tasty.

On tap at the brewery. Clear reddy brown coloured pour with a lasting loose light tan head. Aroma is really interesting, oaky, charred wood, light cherry notes, woody, some solvent cherty. Flavour is composed of toasted wood, wine, tequila notes, faint applewood. Solvent, tart cherry. Nice woody complexity and approachable sourness. Palate is semi sweet and sour, drying finish, highish carbonation. Nice lingering spicy finish, woody and light tequila notes. Lovely.
