From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016 - Green session. Copper color with small off white head. Yeasty and malty aroma, tart fruity, sweet fruity too, berries - cherries, light funky, acidic, wood, vinous. Sweet and acidic taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Draught @ CBC 2016, Green session, København
Pours dark brown with a off-white head. Aroma is tart with notes of malt, caramel, apple, citrus and berry. Taste is medium sweet and medium sour with a long dry, tart, apple and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

[5/14/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Green session. Deep amber-brown. Aroma of caramel, fruits, balsamic vinegar, cellar. Sour acidic flavor, fruity, vinegar, caramel. Medium-bodied. Nice, but too acidic.

On tap at CBC 2016. Pours a dark garnet with light white head. Aromas of sticky black cherries and balsamic vinegar. Flavors of same approaching a nice Oud Bruin.

Sample at CBC 2016. Copper with no head. Sour and rather vinous with grapes, dark fruit, oak and light vinegar. The body was on the light side.

Tap at CBC ’16. Clear brown with no head. Aroma of tart dark fruit, overripe dark fruit, vinegar notes and light caramel. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and above moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.
