On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. A deep dark brown one with a dotting brown head, thin and small. Smells nice of chocolate, cold coffee. A little papery hint. And it's well-hopped. Tastes really nice and rich. Chocolate and lots of paper coffee. Not in a bad way. Thick and oily in the mouth and it's just below average and prickling on the bubbles. Traces of burnt wood and dark sugar and it's really well hopped. Nice. 14.05.2016

On tap at Mikkeller San Diego. Pours black with light/moderate tan head. Aromas of dry ashy roasted malts and black coffee. Flavors of same with a bit of slick vanilla. Well constructed and tasty dry stout. Would be a good stout (not Porter in my books) from anyone else but expecting more from this collab.

On tap at AleSmith, pours jet black with a t small light brown head. Aroma brings out intensely roasted malt, aggressive bitter piney hops and charcoal. Flavour is rich and extreme, with highly roasted malt, aggressive hops and a chalky charcoal. Sludgy palate, with a rather balance. I appreciate what they're doing, but it is difficult to drink.

Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a black color with a large foamy brown head that lingered and left excellent lacing. The aroma was somewhat faint with cocoa and roasty malt notes. The flavor was woody and roasty with elements of cocoa, coffee and vanilla. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.
