Bottle at home. Clear dark golden with short lasting head. Lots of oak, yoghurt, kiwi, spicy grapes, lemon zest, peppery, leather, soft bread crust. Solid soir, medium sweet. Full bodied. Nice stuff, the grapes are not overpowering at all here.

From a bottle at the brewery.
Aroma is fruity with a white wine grape notes and light wine must. Hints of fruit notes. Light herbal, earthy notes and hints of oak. Light barrel and alcohol notes.
Pours a hazy golden orange with a small, thin, white head that recedes slowly to a small film. No lacing and small legs.
Flavor is slightly acidic with light grain notes. Light bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderate white wine notes with some green grapes must. Light fruitiness. Light herbal, earthy funk notes.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth.
Overall, a solid wine lambic. Nice grape notes with good grape must. Light oak notes and a good herbal funk.

750mL bottle at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, pours an opaque dull peachy orange, almost brownish, with a small white head. Aroma has musty grape skins, with moderate earthiness, low acidity, and a touch of funk. Flavour has musty, earthy grape skins, moderate funk, and a touch of acidity. Unusual for a Druif but this works well.
