This beer is released in collaboration with our friends at Toronto's Bellwoods Brewery whose pioneering spirit in the Canadian beer scene have long served as inspiration for us.
For this iteration of our biennial collaboration, we decided to make a swap! Brewed in the (new) West Coast-style, West of the Moon IPA has bright notes of tangerine, fresh Southern Hemisphere white wine grapes, and layers of tropical fruit.
Its availability is timed to coincide with East of the Sun IPA, an East Coast interpretation, brewed at Bellwoods in Toronto.

A lightly hazed golden ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, light piney notes, light cereals, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, piney notes, light dank notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Bar Hop on King st.
