Takalik je číra novozélandská IPA s osvedčenými odrodami Motueka, Nelson Sauvin a Riwaka. Usypali sme ich tam viac než bežne, takže ponúkne živú vôňu plnú egrešov, sladkého hrozna, dávku citrusov a nádych čučoriedok, aké vie iba Riwaka. Cieľom bolo čo najvernejšie zachytiť esenciu Nového Zélandu v podobe, akú máme najradšej: čírom, suchom a horkom pive s arómou zodpovedajúcou košíku ovocia. Dajte si.

Tap at Craft Beer Bar & Bottleshop Solnicni, Brno. Pours light hazed gold with white foam. Aroma: the full NZ hop bouquet, herbal, weedy. LIght to moderate sweet & moderate bitter, herbal, grapefruit, white grape, citrus zest. Medium body with fine carbonation. Delicious.

Canned 500ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & Hrabren. Unclear pale golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, hoppy and herbal nose. Herbal, grassy, NZ herbs, citrusy and touch of white grapes with bitterish finish.

0.5 l can thanks to Marko who brought it from Prague, shared with Ogi and him. Unclear golden, small off-white head. Intensely and heavily hoppy, wild herbs, dried herbs, light tropical note. Slightly overwhelming. Smooth, soft, juicy, medium body. Soft to moderate bitterness, fresh. Moderate bitterness slowly developing. Aroma is hoppy herbal and citrus, zesty, moderate to intense. Some tartness, some bitterness. No astringency, moderate finish.

Can. Golden color with meidum white head. Aroma of citrsu hops with grapefruit, zest, light pines, light blueberries, light malt. Taste is hop centered with citrus hops mainly grapefruit, pines, zest, blue berriess, other berries. Medium to full medium body. Long hoppy bitter finish.

Tap at Drinkoteka. Clear golden body, off-white head. Oily aroma, terpenes, petrol notes, NZ herbal notes, huh, kinda impressive, though not entirely my style. Enormous Riwaka in the taste as well, NZ herbs, grapes, ending with a big herbal bitterness, all very well balanced. Just lovely, better than the sum of its parts!
