Keg at the Hanging Bat. Pours hazy amber orange, nose is pineapple, caramel, sweet toffee, taste is juicy fruit, rich caramel, dry, sweet.

Bottle. Golden amber with a coat of cream head. Aroma of apricots, orange blossoms, brioche dough, cloves, pepper. Sweet with apricots and dough, some butterscotch, pineapple, oranges. Alcohol makes its presence felt but is not raw and it gradually combines with spicy bitterness to subdue the sweetness. Reminds me a bit of Struise Tsjeeses. Good.
