Panda from danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear mid gold with no head. Aroma: apple skins & flesh, mild funk. Taste: light sharp, tart, tangy, bittersweet, citrus, citric, drying finish. Medium body with low/no carbonation.

Clear deep golden with a white cap that escapes to the edge.
Nose is bitter sweet apple, herb, hedgerow, light barnyard tones.
Taste comprises apple skins, hedgerow, herb, tannins.
Medium bodied, light prickly carbonation, drying close.
Decent.

31/5/2025. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours almost clear pale gold with a short lasting bubbly white head. Aroma is juicy apple, damp wood, slightly mucky, earthy, dusty, sulphur. Evolved well. Tangy, tart and drying. Subtle sweetness. Decent.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of fruity apple, flesh, funk. Taste is tart, tangy, appley, fleshy, alittle funk, citrusy, sharp, drying with acidity. Medium bodied, soft foamy carbonation, dry zingy citric acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
