This time we joined forces with Salama from Espoo in Finland to gift you with another incredible Smoothie Sour and, as Finland is known for its wide variety of berries, it was precisely on these that we focused our fruit selection. We chose blackberry, blueberry and raspberry as the holy trinity of berries for this beer because they give it a fantastic aromatic profile of berries freshly picked from the forest. We also added peach which serves as a canvas for this red-toned painting. Kippis!

Tap at Winter Affair 2026. Murky salmon body. Cocoa, caramel, light berries in the aroma. Smooth, lightly tart fully berry-driven taste. Simple, good, but not my favorite sour of Ophiussa's.

440ml can. Pours a deep dark reddy purple, not much of a head. Aroma of blackberries, raspberries, blueberry. Taste is full on berry puree, blackberries and raspberries mainly, blueberries, not sure I get any peach, sweet with a light amount of tartness/sourness. Thick full body, very smoothie like indeed. Yeah, delicious non-beer, bump up the sourness and this would be even better.

Can at De Markies, Leeuwarden. Tart fruit puree aroma with lots of raspberry, blackberry, some blueberry. Red and dark fruits to chew on. Fruit smoothie mouthfeel. Pleasant, would have liked it a bit more sour.
