500 ml bottle shared by Clark, thank you. Aroma is vanilla, dark chocolate, black licorice and bold bourbon. Good bourbon remain strong in the flavor with the noted vanilla, dark chocolate, and secondary black licorice. The body is full but is a tad Boozy. If you like Weller bourbon this will work for you. Bold bourbon.

Bottle shared by ClarkVV--thanks, Clark! Inky, opaque black with thick viscosity, no head or lacing. Aroma is strong bourbon, tobacco, vanilla, anise, mild chocolate. Taste is bourbon (aggressive, harsh), chocolate, vanilla. Smooth, thick texture, medium bodied, harsh alcohol astringency, earthy malt. The bourbon is just too hot for this to be enjoyable. Give it a year or so to mellow and maybe then it will it its sweet spot but too harsh.

Bottle drunk 5/3/25.
Clear, small head.
Rich Weller laced tobacco, with thick, syrupy fudge and vanilla.
Graham cracker, rich acidity with intense bourbon lead and tons of char.
Vanilla syrup, chocolate and char with light roast, rich, juicy chocolate wafers and acidic maltiness. To the point of this being over-barreled, I think that's definitely a thing and a very real possibility here, though how delicious Weller is makes it hard to see it as a flaw. But the flavor profile, even a year out, is basically all barrel.
