A doppelbock emblackened. Perfect for midnight masses, dancing naked in the moonlight, and malevolent alters. Turn up the sons of Huns, toast the dark, now turn and kiss the goat. Black Doppelbock. Beer #39.

Draft - Lots of toast and some meaty soy notes. Jet black brown with a small beige head. Sweet and dark with some soy notes. Not great.

Bomber with supercool Satanic label art. It’s so cool, I can’t believe no one has uploaded a picture. I will do that now. Aroma is chocolate, bready, minerally. buttery, corn chips. Pours black with a medium beige head with good retention. Taste is mildly sweet, grainy, a little chocolate. Tasty stuff.

Bomber from Corti Bros. Pours dark brown with a creamy/foamy tan head. Aroma of dark/pumpernickel/bisuit with a hint of chocolate. Med body at least. Flavor is dark malt, earthy, some darkish fruit, and IMO a little chocolate. It’s a little bitter, even tho pretty far from dry. It’s a doppelbock with some flavor character. Good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a deep black/brown hue with a medium white head. A big fruity nose with roast and chocolates. A really nice clean and big flavor: light roast, char, chocolates (dark), dark fruit, light dry yeast. Very smooth and tasty.
