Fruity. Fluffy. Pure imagination in a pint.
Step into a world of flavour with The Wonka, our Jam Donut Pale Ale from the Project 7 Series. Pouring a rich, hazy purple, this playful pale is bursting with the scent of ripe blueberries, creamy white chocolate, and freshly baked doughnuts.
Expect indulgent layers of blueberry jam, a dash of blackcurrant, and soft, candied donut sweetness, all rounded off with a smooth hint of white chocolate. It’s sweet, fruity, and a little bit magical, just like its name suggests.
One for the dessert beer lovers, donut daydreamers, and anyone who enjoys a proper flavour trip.

Rraught keg at the Raven, Glasgow. Pours amber/red and hazy with a small uneven ring of pinkish/beige head and uneven lacing. Light raspberry aroma but not kuch here. Sweet taste with a little but of sourness in the finish. More berry on the tongue in the aftertaste. Light body with good carbonation. Pretty good, not really remarkable but does the job.

Keg at Krakatoa, Aberdeen. It pours murky, muddy amber with a decent white head. The aroma is sweet, sugary, jammy, stewed berries, jam donut, perfumed and pic n mix. The taste is sweet - sour, juicy, tangy, jammy, plenty of berry, berry skin, jam donut and cakey malts with a drying finish. Average body and fine, prickly carbonation. Not really sure about this. It's not as sweet as it sounds on paper, which is a good thing.
