Handpull cask at the Salmon, Leicester. Light to kid-gold, clear with a film of loose white head. Flowery perfumed aroma with notes of hay and a little bit of citrus peel. Sweet taste, some gentle fruity hop notes with dried grass. Finish much more bitter. Not particularly well balanced a bit disappointing.

Cask-conditioned at the Lime Kiln, Bristol 3/5/2017. Golden in colour, with a decent, white, head. Pleasant pale ale, with plenty of citrus fruits and grassy hops, biscuity malts and lingering, dryish, finish. Good.

Cask at the Old Joint Stock. Poured a clear straw colour with a round white head. The aroma is honey malt, light hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a big woody floral hop bitter palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation.
