Bottle 0.5l, at least one and half year aged, enormous thanks to brewer Matt! Clear, very dark red to black colored. AROMA- unusual and interesting, nice brett character, pralines, raisins, sour cherry liquor, cocoa nibs, rotten apples. FLAVOR- neutral, really sour, sharp finish similar to Flanders Red, slightly bitter, brett again, red wine, raisins, sour cherry, strong sour cherry liquor, touch of chocolate. Light to medium bodied.
Great sour dessert. No wonder it won homebrew competition, it's pretty good..
