A blend of three barrel-aged stouts: – An imperial stout aged in Old Forester bourbon barrels – A wheat imperial stout matured in Cognac VSOP – And an imperial stout matured rye bourbon barrels

After blending, the beer was conditioned on cacao nibs from Venezuela and Ghana. Two origins, two voices

Ton sur Ton isn’t loud.
 It lingers — layered, soft-spoken, unfolding in its own time.

Tap @MBCC 2025, Red Session. Oily black no head. Heavy, rich dark malty aroma. Heavy sweet, boozy dark syrupy malty flavour. Lasting boozy buzz and warmth. Great.

On tap at MBCC 2025 (Red session), pours black, no head. Aroma is complex, with tons of cognac upfront, cocoa nibs, and bourbon. Flavour is full of rich cognac, cocoa and subtle bourbon barrels in back. Cohesive and complex, with a unique profile. Excellent.

On tap at MBCC 2025, red session. Pours dark brown. Dark chocolate and bourbon on the nose. Flavour has lots of bourbon barrels, dark chocolate, roasted malts, some burnt toffee. Excellent.

MBCC 2025, Red Session. A black beer, no head. Aroma of strong mid sweet dark malt, bourbon, booze. Taste of sweet chocolate, brownies, bourbon, whiskey, boozy finish.
