On tap at CBC 2016. Pours a clear garnet with moderate white head. Aromas of dry dark berries and wheat. Flavors follow same with a little wood. Dry and not very sour but tasty.

Tap at CBC ’16. Hazy red with a ring pink head. Aroma of sweet and tart berries, spiced and fruity. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

On tap at Fermentoren, pre-CBC. Smells of cinnamon, chocolate cake, marzipan. The taste resembles a kriek lambic with marzipan, caramel and cinnamon. Damn good.

CBC2016. Trübes leuchtend orange pinkes Bier mit geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch nach roten Früchten, Vanille. Geschmack leicht säuerlich, rote Früchte,holzig.

Tap at CBC 2016 Green session, poured a clear red colour with a round white head. The aroma is red berry citrus, yeast. The flavour is moderate sour with a zesty citrus creamy yeast palate. Light bodied with average carbonation.

Small slightly fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, nice reddish color. Aroma is slightly sour-ish dry, sour red berries, sorrel, raw rhubarb, cinnamon, grass, berry skin, weeds. Taste is slightly dry grassy, weeds, fruit stones, berry skin, sour red berries, bark, cinnamon, grass. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh mouthfeel. Fair enough.
