Cask. An amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of chili, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of chili, malt, and chocolate, leading to a bitter burning finish.

Cask at Charlies Bar, Copenhagen. Poured a clear medium amber with a bubbly white head. The aroma is light malt hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a spicy, chilli coriander, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask @ The Moorings, Sowerby Bridge. Clear copper with a glow and a creamy head. The chilli is most evident in its taste and it’s a fairly spicy ale for it. Ordinary nose.

Cask at George Inn, London. Clear amber color, small beige head. Aroma has light chocolate and nutty notes. Light-bodied. Caramel, earthy hops and tickling chilli in the finish. Interesting.
