Down the Dragon is inspired by the Patron Saint of England as he slayed the dangerous fire breathing dragon. A chocolate and chilli infused beer with a warm toffee taste and a touch of fire in the after-taste! Are you brave enough to give it a try?

Cask at Charlies Bar, Copenhagen. Poured a clear medium amber with a bubbly white head. The aroma is light malt hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a spicy, chilli coriander, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask @ The Moorings, Sowerby Bridge. Clear copper with a glow and a creamy head. The chilli is most evident in its taste and it’s a fairly spicy ale for it. Ordinary nose.
