Featuring a combination of unexpected and customary flavours such as tomato, basil, bubblegum, light pepperiness, mild salinity, accompanied by a light farmyard funk.
We’d suggest this beer to be an excellent pairing with soft or goat’s cheese.

Bottle shared at the craft beer junction Bermondsey tasting. Many thanks. A hazed plumy, red pink coloured pour with a halo of pink head. Aroma is tart perfume, lavender, berries, blackberry cherry. Flavour is composed super intense sharp lemon juice, cherry, intense prickly berries, cherry, lavender floral notes. Palate super sharp acidic, tangy, highish carbonation super sharp. Salty.

Bottle at CBJ tasting, thanks to Wingman. Hazy brick reddish brew, small pale peach colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft pale malts, brings a soft creamy sweetness that goes some way to offsetting the acetic fruits on the back end. Airy finish. Acetic linger. Just a bit too acetic.

Pours hazy red purple with a thin off white cap. Loads of blueberry, sharp chuckleberry, jammy red fruits, oak notes, white grape. Sharp Berry fruits which mellows to a drying finish. Decent sour
