Our Unhampered, Silver medal winning, Sparkling Cider is back with the 2023 vintage.
Our 100% apple sparkling cider is completely natural and unhampered by additives, filtration or dilution – nothing added, nothing taken away. Pure juice naturally fermented using wild yeasts with fermentation completing in bottle to add a natural sparkle (Pet Nat style).
A refreshing zingy apple burst that is perfect for summer days, with food, as a celebration or just to get sozzled on the sofa.

Panda from danlo, thanks Ed! Pours light hazed yellow gold with dissipating white bubbles. Aroma: apple, funk. Taste: towards dry, tart, citric, funky. Medium body with spritzy carbonation.

750ml bottle from Wolds Wine. Opened with a pop. Hazed yellow golden colour, white foam head and aroma of fleshy apple, funk. Taste is tart, zingy, appley, citric, with barnyard funk, and some mellow acidity. Medium bodied, high carbonation, tart acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
