Draft. A yellow cider. The aroma has notes of apples and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of apples and some funk, leading to a dry finish.

Pours clear and golden yellow with no head. Sroma is dry apples zesty. Dry, crisp apples zesty. Citric, dry and apples finish.

Tap at CBC ’16. Clear pale golden with no head. Aroma of sweet red apple, light funky, and light woody notes. Flavour is moderate sweet. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at CBC 2016 Green session, poured a clear straw colour with little life. The aroma is Apple. The flavour is Apple with a dry crisp apple palate. Why do I even bother to rate ciders?

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has has crisp dry and slightly tart apple with a light earthy backbone. Flavor has tart apple throughout with a dry finish and a hint of dryness.
