30/05/2013 Bir&Fud (tap). Dorata, ababstanza limpida, schiuma biancastra leggermente sporca, abbondante e persistente. Al naso sentori di frumento, live nota acidula, malto, luppolo. In bocca è ben equilibrata, ha un attacco con note di malto, quindi emerge il frumento con finale luppolato lungo, magnifica! Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Una piacevole scoperta.
