Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Some butterscotch. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

[ As 2cabeças Saison à Trois ].Light unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, saison yeast - witbier yeast, light citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, wheat, coriander, fruity yeast - saison yeast, citrus - fruity notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 2. Hazy yellow color, small to average sized white head. Aroma is lightly malts, wheat, floral, blossomy and even a bit perfumy. Taste malts, wheat, blossomy, floral sweetness, a bit green plant like something in there as well. Average to decent body and carbonation. Bit weird saison though.
