Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 4A). Bottle 75 cl - Batch L9019 (BBF 7 20). AROMA: medium cereal husk aroma, followed by medium honey-like malt notes and low yeast background. APPEARANCE: pale gold/amber color and just slightly hazy. medium white head, creamy, with average retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with initial medium cereal husk notes and honey-like malt. low background of yeasty flavor. medium-high bitterness with a dry finish. unbalanced. PALATE: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. slight tanninic astringency. OVERALL: a munich-helles with execution problems.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy weak yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy grainy grassy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy grassy weak yeasty finish.

On tap @King Arthur (Ciampino). Cloudy golden color with a little but persistent white head. Aroma of malt, bread, cereals, hay, grass, nice! Flavour is medium sweet with a perfect little bitter end, fresh and tasty. Light body, perfect carbonation. What an amazing beer!

On tap at the King Arthur pub in Ciampino-Italy. With Gianluca and mortlach. Pours cloudy and shy golden color, frizzy white cap with minimal retention. Nose: farmhouse elegant feel, never rough.
