Caña 8cl en De Struisse Brouwers. Kasteelstraat 50, 8640 Oostvleteren. Bélgica. 09..09..2017. (r31). (.... Eastwood, Fombe y ángel77 sesión....). Calvados B. A. Color negro intenso con espuma beige oscuro poco persistente que desaparece al poco dejando pequeňa corona. Sabores frescos licorosos intensos. Clavados. Frescos licores y suave amargo final con ligeros tostados y quemados. Cuerpo intenso fino espeso y con gran sensación alcohólica desde el principio. 13 vol. Bastante buena para repetir sin duda alguna.

750ml bottle @ Black Damnation tasting, Koht, Tallinn. Bottle #1354/2000. Pours pitch black with a small head. Aroma of roasty malts, syrup, wood, oak, honey, hints of tart green apples, calvados and grapes. Taste is smooth, slightly syrupy and sweet, hints of stingy wood, oak, tart green apples, licorice, honey and warming alcohol. Finish is slightly boozy and syrupy with some wood and green apples, hints of honey and grapes.

[ As Struise Black Damnation XX-Ma Boule ].Clear dark black brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light brown head. Aroma is heavy malty, roasted, molasses, chocolate, coffee, dark malt, wood, alcohol - calvados, light apple - riped apples. Flavor is heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, dark malt, roasted, chocolate, wood, alcohol - calvados, apple, riped apples, apple pie. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light light alcoholic. [20170819] 8-4-8-4-17
